Do I have a separate Sign In for this system?

Existing customers – You can sign in to ChassisNow with the same username that you used when booking with FlexiVan before (unless you choose to change it).  You must however create a new password in order to use ChassisNow.
New customers - All new customers must first become a registered FlexiDay® user.  You can register here. Once you are registered in our CSM system, you will receive an email with your ChassisNow.com username and temporary password, or you can manually register via the Register link and create your own unique username and password.

Does my lease history transfer over?

ChassisNow.com provides you with similar reports and intelligence to manage your business.  The historical information from any other systems will not be brought over to our site at this time.

Will I have the same reports I had?

Yes.  We have worked to ensure the same reports are available on our new system.

If I need to contact someone, who do I talk to?

You can call the local depot or you can fill out the contact form at the bottom or submit a request to Help@ChassisNow.com.

Does a booking guarantee a chassis will be available?

While we work hard to ensure inventory is available for every booking, it is possible that we will not have inventory available.  However, you will be notified if it is not available so unless you are notified, please proceed to pickup as scheduled.  The further you make your reservation in advance, the better also.

I forgot my password

Please follow the Forgot Password link on the Sign In screen, enter your Username and you will be sent an email to your registered email address with a link to follow.  Follow that link and setup your new password.

What if I've forgotten my Username?

On the Sign In screen, follow the link for Forgot Username.  Enter your email address and you will receive an email with all registered Usernames for that email.  Yes, you may have multiple Usernames associated to an email address but only one Username per SCAC.

Do I need to sign up with PayPal?

Your prior billing agreement will not transfer to ChassisNow, as this is a new and separate system from before.  If you are a credit card customer, you will need to login and complete the billing agreement specific to our site. Or if you prefer, you may also make payments with PayPal.

What is the process for applying for credit?

Please proceed to our CSM system for FlexiDay® customers, and either register or login to complete the credit application.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes you may.  Find the booking under your Dashboard and then click on View Details and you can cancel from there.

What happens if I don't pick up the chassis on the day of the booking?

If you do not plan on using the chassis, please cancel the booking.  If you intend on using the chassis, you should notify the depot that you intend to use it so they can expect the booking to be used.

Can I change the days of my booking?

Yes.  Find the booking under your Dashboard and then click on View Details and you can update the booking from there.

What if I keep the chassis longer than the booking?

No problem.
