If I need to contact someone, who do I talk to?

 

You can call your local service center, or you can fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page, or submit a request to Help@ChassisNow.com.  For billing inquiries, please contact us at CSMBillingInquiries@flexi-van.com.

How do I get registered and approved?

You can register here. Once you are registered in our FlexiDay program, you will receive an email with your ChassisNow.com username and temporary password, or you can manually register via the Register link and create your own unique username and password.

Is there a minimum amount of time that I need to lease a chassis?

Currently there are no minimums for ChassisNow.

What types of reports will be available to me?

The Active Chassis Report – This details chassis that have been picked up but have not yet been returned.
The Active Credit Billing Report – This report shows the actual usage attributed to your bookings based on the gate activity we have on record. Its purpose is to help track the amount you will be billed on your credit account with a vendor.
The Booking History Report – This shows a summary of bookings made in a given time period by all users of the SCAC(s) you are associated with.

Does a booking guarantee a chassis will be available?

While we work hard to ensure inventory is available for every booking, it is possible that we will not have inventory available.  Please feel free to contact your local service center to ensure availability before pickup. 

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Please follow the Forgot Password link on the Sign In screen, enter your Username and you will be sent an email to your registered email address with a link to follow.  Follow that link and setup your new password. If the e-mail does not arrive, please be sure to check your SPAM folder.

What if I've forgotten my Username?

On the Sign In screen, follow the link for Forgot Username.  Enter your email address and you will receive an email with all registered Usernames for that email.  Yes, you may have multiple Usernames associated to an email address but only one Username per SCAC.  If the e-mail does not arrive, please be sure to check your SPAM folder.

Do I need to sign up with PayPal?

You only need to sign up for the PayPal Billing Agreement if you wish to pay with a credit card versus customer credit.

What is the process for applying for credit?

Please proceed to My FlexiVan and either register for our FlexiDay program, or if already registered, login and submit a credit application.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes you may.  Find the booking under your Dashboard and then click on View Details and you can cancel from there. Note, you cannot cancel a booking after gate activity has been applied.

What happens if I don't pick up the chassis on the day of the booking?

If you do not plan on using the chassis, please cancel the booking.  If you do not pick up the chassis or cancel your booking, you will receive an e-mail 48 hours after the lease date which will allow you to cancel the booking or update the dates. If no action is taken from the e-mail, your booking will automatically cancel after and additional 24 hours.

Can I change the days of my booking?

Yes. From your Dashboard, you can click on view details for the booking you wish to update. You will then click the update button which will direct you to the booking details where you may adjust the dates.


What if I keep the chassis longer than the booking?

No problem! You will be billed based on the number of days you keep the chassis.
